Offset printing

UAB Panevėžio Spaustuvė provides design and printing services for leaflets, corporate publications, advertising booklets, posters, letterheads, documents, calendars, packaging, etc.

In 2004 the company acquired an offset printing machine MAN ROLAND 205 which can be used for printing both carton packaging and thin magazine paper. The maximum paper format is 52x74 cm. The maximum printing capacity is 12,000 prints per hour. The automated process ensures a shorter production time, lower input costs and a high-quality end result.

In 2008 the company upgraded its printing equipment by acquiring a 4-color Japanese printing machine KOMORI SPICA 429 P. This machine shortens the printing process due to its automatic page reversal function enabling the printing of both sides of the sheet at the same operational cycle.

For smaller-volume applications, the company uses a four-color B3 size RYOBI 3004H printing machine and B2 size three-color MAN ROLAND printing machine.

For its printing processes, the company uses top-quality materials from renowned brands such as FUJI, KODAK and AGFA printing plates, VAN SON varnish, HARTMANN inks, and ANTALIS, LIBRA VITALIS and PAPYRUS paper.
